Ordering & Delivery

Ordering:

There are two ways you can place an order:

1. You can either place an order directly on this site and pay by Card or PayPal
2. You can message us via our Facebook Page or Email Us ([email protected]) and then on delivery you can pay by Cash (change available), Card (Contactless or Chip & Pin) or Smartphone, or by PayPal/Bank Transfer.

Payment:

Orders placed through this site:

• Card payment at time of ordering
• PayPal payment at time of ordering

Orders placed via Facebook Messenger or Email:

• Cash on Delivery (change available)
• Card (Contactless/Chip & Pin) or Smartphone Payment on Delivery
• Paypal Payment at time of ordering
• Bank Transfer at time of ordering

Delivery:

We offer free local delivery to: Selsdon, Forestdale, Addington, New Addington, Warlingham, Sanderstead, West Wickham and Shirley. We will let you know the delivery day and time (Morning/Afternoon/Evening) and make any changes as necessary. If you are unsure if you come under the specified delivery areas, please drop us a message on Facebook or send us an email.

For all other areas across the UK, we offer a fixed fee delivery service of £3.

We aim to deliver all local orders within 1-2 working days of orders being placed. For courier deliveries to the rest of the UK, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of orders being placed and our delivery partner typically delivers within 2-4 days of receiving the item(s).

Covid-19: All local deliveries are contact free for the safety of us and our customers.
